Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days where possible, however all our Biltong and Drywors is handmade, cut and packed so from time to time it may take slightly longer, especially during busy periods. Please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us as on occasion our Biltong and Drywors will be made to order for you.
Merchandise (tshirts etc) may be dispatched separately from Biltong/Drywors orders but there will be no additional delivery charges to pay.
All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class and may take 2-5 days to arrive once dispatched.
If you are not satisfied with you order, please email info@newcasltebiltong.com with your order number and details of what you've purchased. Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of The Newcastle Biltong Company on a case by case basis.
