The Newcastle Biltong Company are a family run business based in the Heart of Northumberland, producing Biltong and Dry Wors - traditional South African snacks that are high in protein. Homemade to a traditional South African recipe, each batch is lovingly marinated, dried, sliced and packed so you can be sure only the highest quality Biltong makes it into each pack. Our dried, cured meat snacks  are a must-try for any carnivore with a penchant for savory tastes!

We pride ourselves on producing Lean Clean Protein using the best cuts of British Beef. All our pre-packed Biltong is lean and dry and cut into slices so it is ready to eat anywhere, on the go. However if you prefer your Biltong slightly rarer or with some fat or even just in sticks, please contact us and we'll be happy to discuss a bespoke order for you.
