Biltong Spice Mix
Have you ever wanted to make your own Biltong but can't find a recipe you like? Let us take the hassle away from you with our ready made spice mix, made to a traditional South African recipe. Marinade your meat with a vinegar of your choice and 30g of spice mix for every 1kg of beef before hanging to dry for 3-5 days. Delicious biltong every time!
Each 75g pack is enough for 2.5kg of beef.
Salt, Coriander, Sugar, Pepper, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate, Acidity Regulator: Bicarbonate of Soda.
